Limits On Concurrent Streaming

Sharing Amazon Accounts: Restrictions and Benefits

Limits on Concurrent Streaming

Amazon limits the number of simultaneous streams allowed on the same account. Only three concurrent streams within the same account are permitted, with a maximum of two simultaneous streams of the same content.

Amazon Household

Up to six individuals can be added to an Amazon Household, including two adults aged 18 or older. Each household member must have their own Amazon account.

Prime Account Sharing

Amazon Prime membership can be shared with multiple users. However, the number of users who can use the same account simultaneously is limited.

Device Registration

There is no limit to the number of devices that can be registered to an Amazon account with Prime Video. However, concurrency limits determine the number of videos that can be watched simultaneously.

Shipping Benefits

Amazon Prime Shipping members receive the same shipping and shopping benefits as Amazon Prime members, but unlike Amazon Prime, this program does not offer unlimited streaming.
